I've been writing about lifestyle topics–including food, travel, art, design, books, theater, and movies–since the mid-1970s.
During that time, I've published more than 40 books (including best-sellers like Pasta Presto, Pasta Light, and the recently published Fearless Gourmet and Practically Useless Information: Food and Drink); edited many, many more (including titles in the Williams-Sonoma series); and written many hundreds of articles for top magazines (including Bon Appetit, Sunset, Southwest Art, and Home).
In everything I write, I try to share my enjoyment of the everyday pleasures life offers to anyone who has the inclination to seek them out. Feel free to Google "Norman Kolpas" to read or find out more about what I've published.
